Part II of last week's series: A New York Week
After Wednesday's brush with Edward Albee, I left work early on Thursday to go to a press screening of the new Michael Moore "documentary" SiCKO.
On the way to the screening, I passed by the headquarters of my parent company, which was being protested loudly by hundreds of union workers with signs, flyers, and a giant inflatable rat.
At the screening, I sat behind Andy Rooney. He fell asleep about 20 minutes in the movie.
